Northmark Digital Systems LLC is a marketing technology agency serving small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. We provide setup, configuration, and ongoing management of an all-in-one customer relationship and marketing platform, including services such as lead capture, automated follow-up, appointment booking, reviews and reputation management, websites and funnels, email and SMS communications, and related digital marketing services.

2. Ownership of the Website and Intellectual Property

The Website at northmark.biz is operated by Northmark Digital Systems LLC. All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Northmark name and marks, page layouts, funnels, templates, software, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Northmark Digital Systems LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or the Services without our prior written permission. 5. Purchases, Fees, and Billing

Pricing for our Services is set out on the Website, in a proposal, or in a separate order or service agreement. Where a Service includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription, both are payable as described at the point of sale. Unless stated otherwise, recurring fees renew automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with the applicable order or agreement. Fees are stated in United States dollars and, unless expressly stated, are non-refundable. We may change our prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
